When we are foolish enough to stop the band because its music dies away into silencp without working any windmills, Hien w e may haul down our national flags to make garments out of them for the poor, Then, alas, for them whose chief surety, for our sympathy, lies in the sentiment that prizes the significance of the fluttering symbol.
