METHODIST CONFERENCE. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Methodist Conference after a lengthy debate decided to hand over Solomon Islands to the Methodist Church of New Zealand in 1922 without attaching any proposed stipulation to the transfer. Rev Lawry thanked the conference for the generous manner m which it had reached its decision. The Conference further decided upon the transfer taking place, that the New Zealand Church retain the mission funds, that the Missionary Society ot Australia had invested in N.Z. fanny dijrack. SYDNEY, May 10. Fanny Durack, one of those chosen for the Olympic swimmers, has been operated on for appendicitis.
