Fraser, M.P., who is also a City Councillor, stating lie had noticed Fraser’s name was omitted from the Council’s address of welcome to the Prince, and lie understood this was by Fraser’s own request. Fox animadverts on this and tells. Fraser that in former days lie would have challenged him to a- duel, but as we are in modern times he has no alternative but to ask him to resign his seat in tho House, and will contest it with him.
