It is understood that Gerjnajiy requests tlie Spa Conference to be postponed until after the Reichstag elections, which are to be held oii June 10th.
GERMANS FALL IN, (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) PARIS May 8
Reports from Germany indicate disillusionment regaining the Spa Conference. There was a widespread belief that the Spa Conference meant the revision 'of the Treaty. Messages from Entente countries corrected this impression, consequently the Government fears to shoulder the responsibility of disappointing the nation. TURKISH TREATY. ' (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) PARIS, May 8. The Peace Treaty will be handed to the Turkish delegates on Tuesday.’Turkey is given a month in which to make observations regarding the conditions.
