A WAR TRAGEDY
'By Electric Telegraph—Omy'ight.TRAGIC FIND AT YPRES. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) BRUSSELS, May 8. Idle bodies of 40 British soldiers were discovered in a. cellar in Graudo Palace at Ypres. They were eyidenr.lv overcome by gas and were lying peacefully their heads pillowed on their arms. The tragedy apparently dates back to the summer of 1915, when practically a platoon disappeared in the vicin'ty, and supposedly were wiped out by the b'autsting of a German fifteten inch shell.
