MELBOURNE This Pay. The Marine Court of Inquiry found the charge against George Bates, Mastoj of the Westralia, of having recklessly or carelesslv navigated the vessel, was sustained. Iu view of his previous record and his hchavious, and also that of t.he crew after the occurrence the decided not to deal with his certificate, but censured and cautioned him. MELBOURNE, This Day.
