Poland retains command' of Lutsk, while Ruvno Dubo is provisionally allotted to Ukraine. ALLIES' AND SOVIET. LONDON, April 2S The “Daily News” San Remo correspondent states: It has. been resolved that the Allied [Economic. Committee shall meet the Soviet Delegation, headed by M. Krassen, now at Copenhagen, and shall take all steps necessary to develop trade between Russia and the Allied countries, j This decision cancels the previous de- ' cision only to negotiate with the Rus- ■ sian Co-operative Societies. This step 1 is stated to he due to the vigour w'th which Mr Lloyd George pressed the proposals.
