MEXICAN REBELLION. WASHINGTON, April 24. Tt is reported that Lieut. General Rentiera liais entered the State of Coluina, menacing Carranza’s garrison in the State capital. Despatches from Mexico City state thirteen Senators and
fifty two Deputies in Congress have been dropped from the pay-roll, because of their sympathies with Obragon. A large number of men stationed at Veraeruza rebelled and joined the forces against Carranza.
