The “Daily Telegraph’s” Constantinople correspondent states the Bolshej viks have accepted the armistice in Crimean districts, which will become effective immediately. RUSSIAN ROYAL FAMILY. PEKIN, April 23. Four bodies, said to be members of the Russian Imperial family, arrived from Harbin and were buried in the Russian Cemetery here.
