GENUAL DENIKEN’S ARMY. (Received this day at 9.20 a.m.). LONDON, April 20. Great Britain has telegraphed to Soviet Russia, urging that the remnants of General Denlken’s Army should be treated humanely and pointing out that Deniken’s men are willing to conclude an armistice at Moscow. A reply, couched in the politest diplomatic language, evaded the question, and urged Great Britain to bring, pres* Bure to bear on Hungary to relense the Bolsheviks, including General Belakun. Great Britain sent further telegrams, but no reply has yet been received.
APPLICATION FOR PASSPORTS. (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 20. A representative body of leaders of the British Labour Party (including Messrs Henderson, Thomas, Smillie and Sexton) have applied for passports to visty Russia. The matter was referred to San Renio.

(Received this day, at 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, April 20. A Russo-German agreement for the exchange of prisoners has been signed. This is the first official compact between tho Bolsheviks and the German Republican Government. Two lnm thousand Russian prisoners, no>v Germany have suffered liarshjrea men .
