MESSAGE TO MARS
(By Electric Telegraph—Coivright.i THIS WEEK’S ATTEMPTS. (Received this day at 10.35 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 19th. Two separate attempts are being made this week under Government supervision to talk with Mars. Professor David Todd of Omaha proposes to flash signals from a baloon at a record altitude. Frederick Millner will attempt to pick up the mysterious messages by wireless telephone.
