GERMAN WOOL INDUSTRIES. (Received This Day at 1.5. p.m.] BERLIN, April 19. German woollen industries are being rapidly revived, despite the high cost, of raw materials. Prices for finished goods, including many mixtures are at present far below the world’s average. The Germans are attempting a wool exchange at Hamburg, similar .to that at Antwerp. , A SILESIAN STRIKE. (Received this day at 10.35 a.m.) BERLIN, April 19k_; Miners, iron and steel workers are joining the general strike in Silesia, owing to the action of the French authorities who threaten, if tho strike is effective to permit Polish troops to cross the front.
