EMIGRATION. , SYDNEY, April 17. Air Edgar Horne, a Commoner, is visiting Australia for the purpose of investigating the possibilities* of settling ex-service men here. He reports most of the men will go either to Canada or New Zealand, as Australia will not be ready for any concerted iufmigration until the expeditionary force men are settled.
