LATE LOCALS.
A heavy northerly gale set in on Saturday night, and continued yesterday, bringing a fresh in the rivers. The South coach which left Ross on Saturday has been unable to get beyond Hari Hari so far, and will not bo able to leave till to-morrow at tho earliest.
