LABOR. LEADERS ARRESTED. NEW YORK, April 15

A message from Chicago states twelve Labor leaders of the railwaynien’s strike have been arrested and charged with violating the congressional Anti-strike Act. The Department of Justice’s agents raided a labour meeting to secure the leaders of an alleged Communist conspiracy, aiming at the overthrow of United States Government.
