PARIS, April 13. An important conference lias been convened regarding tlie technical means applicable to secure the carrying out of the provisions of the Treaty of Versailles in connection with the delivery and destruction of German war material, especially artillery. Marshal Foch and General Wcygand, Mr Churchill and the French War Minister attended. A complete agreement was reached on all points of principle, also in regard- to the necessity of increasing the number of French and British officers employed on this work by the inter-Allied Control Commission in Germany.
ITALY AND JUGO-SLAVS. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) ROME; April 13. Direct negotiations between Italy and Jugo-Slavia continue, favourably, and are expected to conclude before the San Remo conference, which will merely ratify the conclusions reached.
