SYDNEY, April 12. The new Labour Ministry was sworn in to-dav.-The Full Court to-day dismissed Hon Mr R. D. Meagher’s further application for his reinstatement on the Roll of Solicitors. Steady rain is falling in the drought stricken areas.

Tho new Premier, Mr J. Storey, says he deprecates any more “extremist” resolutions by sections of the Labour Party concerning the reception of the Prince of Wales. He says the new Labour Government are prepared to suitably receivo and entertain the Prince.
