SYDNEY, April 5. Queensland’s first innings against New South Wales realised 127 (Marsden 37), and in their second innings tbc.v have lost four wickets for 64 runs. The visitors’ poor stand was chiefly the result of Trennery’s deadly bowling. He captured 6 wickets for 64 runs in their first innings.

Queensland’s second innings closed for 95. Asher took 4 wickets for 28 runs, and Trennery 6 for 19. New South Wales won by an innings.
