Armenia should be made independent ' A with access to the sea. Turkey should relinquish Mesopotamia, Arabia, Palestine and Syria*. The Turk should not be allowed to remain in Europe. 1 Sothern East Thrace should, be given to Greece, and Northern East Thrace to Bulgaria. PRESIDENT AND TURKEY.
