MAHSUDS’ OFFER. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) DELHI, March 25. At Kaniguram on the 28th, a meeting was attended by three hundred Maksuds, who were informed that sections completely submitting would be allowed to return to their homes. The others could only look forward to destruction of their homes and property.
INDIAN RIOT. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) DELHI, Alarch 25
In riots at Jamshedpur, two were killed and 25 wounded. Before the order to fire was given the troops fixed bayonets and charged, but this was ineffective.
