ANOTHER ACCOUNT. (Received this day at 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, March 24. Another account of the disturbances at Dublin, cabled on the 23rd, states four hundred soldiers paraded in the jijjggipal streets of Dublin during the evening, singing, and jostling passersby. They broke a number of windows and the rowdiness culminated in the conflict at Fortobelio Bridge. (Received This Day at 1.5. p.m.) LONDON, March 23.

The soldiers assented the orchestra at a theatre refusing to play the National Anthem and thereupon sang it, went into the streets, and smashed shop windows with their belts. A crowd of about one thousand assembled. The soldiers after entering Portobello barraekn .reappeared and fired two volleys causing fatalities. The crowd took panic, but re-assembled later. The soldiers again appeared when a further ten shots were fired and an exsoldier was wounded. Several persons were trampled underfoot. An armoured car then emerged from the barracks and fired fifty rounds, adding to the panic, but there were no casualties. THE DUBLIN SHOOTING.

(Received This Day at 1.5. p.m.) ' LONDON, March 23. An official account of the Dublin shooting states 120 soldiers of the Berkshire 'Regiment none of * whom were armed, were coming from a hippodrome singing “God Save the King’’. A crowd resented it, and conflicts commenced in which a man and woman 'were killed by revolver shots. A soldier was shot in the chest and four others were. , wounded. When the call for asistance was received, a patrol set out to extricate the soldiers, but tho crowd attacked, firing shots at the patrol officer. After warning the crowd, the patrol fired ten rounds and charged the mob. Three people were seen to fall. The mob was eventually driven away and dispersed.
