On no fewer than three occasions on Friday night, the Westport Fire Brigade was called out by false alarms. The first was at 8 o’clock, the next at 9 and the third at 11 o’clock. The first alarm came from No 1 corner of Pahnerstin and Cobdcn streets. The second alarm came from No. 14 corner of 1' onblanque and Queen streets. The third alarm came from No. 3 Hospital.
