The “Central News” Berlin correspondent states the crisis ended abruptly. Ebert and Kapp arrived at an agree«it. Ebert remains in office, pending elections within two months. Kapp abandons his intention to form a Cabinet, but Ebert summons a new Cabinqt consisting of Ebert’s foreign office. A despatch states there have been military coups in 35 German towns. The new force’s position appears to be strengthening. There has been fighting at Breslau, Leipzig and Chimnitz. Elections in Germany are fixed for 14th
April. Prior to the announcement of a settlement ,it was reported the Government had been overthrown at Bremen and Hamburg.
