H is equipped with 200 guns. I It is stated that Alustaplia Kemal’s force is very scattered, and that 't lias lin it . only a small proportion of the old Turkish regular Army. Afeanwhile the Allies have decided to occupy the Turkish AVar Office, telegraphic and postal buildings, and certain other departments in Constantinople. This would be in order to prevent collaboration between the Turkish authorities and Alustaplia Kemal.
