LEAGUE’S FIRST JOB
PARIS March 13. Th e League of Nations finds its first important work is preparing io inquire into the economic, commercial and Labour question of Russia, md may appoint two commissions, one of which will deal exclusively with labour conditions. Both commissions will include representatives of Britain, France, Italy, Japan, and America, .nd also prominent neutrals, with a view to guaranteeing impartiality and overcoming suspicions of the 'Soviets.
