TENNIS. HOKITIKA CLUB V. ALL SAINTS’ CLUB.
A very enjoyable tennis mate]] was held on Saturday at the Hokitika Courts between the two above mentioned local Clubs. The day was clear and a fair number of spectators gathered to witness the match. All the games were keenly• contested and all proved highly interesting. When the scores were finally counted up, Hokitika led by 78 games. Afternoon tea was kindly dispensed by the ladies and was greatly appreciated. A detailed account of the games is given hereunder.
