;By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) FRENCH STRIKE COLLAPSEDPARIS, March 2. It is announced that the negotiations between M. Millerand and tile National Federation of Railwaymen ie„ suited in an understanding which will end the strike. : The strike has collapsed. This is o\v ing to the lack of public support. The settlement provides that there shall be no victimisation; that Trade Union rights shall be respected; and that a new scale of wages will operate forthwith. Tile mobilisation order has I been cancelled.
