The indications arc lor westerly winds moderate to strong and veering by west to south, The wen tiler appeal’s to be cloudy and unsettled with rain following. Heavy rains to he expected, with rivers flooded. The barometer has a. falling tendency but rising after 16 hours. Tides: and sea increasing on the coast. Seas probably very heavy. Tides good.
