Newmarket Handicap.—Rod Dome I (7.0) 1, Gamblers Gold (7.8) 2, Cetigne I (9.6) 3. Twenty-eight started. The favourite, Chrysolnns and Gold Tie wero together a length in front of Red ( Dome and Candurria at the end of three j furlongs. Red Dome was in the middle of the course and finished best, winning by a half a length, with third a neck away. Gold Tie was fourth and Frais fifth.
