A lobbyist states that the Government has dropped the proposed Boundary Commission for a northern legislatuie in the Home Rule Bill, substituting a clean-cut Ulster. THE VATICAN AND IRELAND. (Received this d&v at 1.30 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 24. It is stated that the Vatican is making representations to the Episcopacies in Ireland and Washington insisting that the clergy with,Sinn Fein sympathies must dissociate themselves from revolutionary movements and work for pacification, or at least return to legal methods.
