A MILITARY CONDITION. BERLIN, Feb. 21. The newspaper “Freiheet” declares that despite the lapse of two months since the Baltic troops returned to Germany, they are still compact Dodies, under arms, quartered in country places, where they terrorise the population. The troops are distributed among the large estates in Pomerania, on many of which cart loads of arms and ammunition were unloaded. Hundreds of labourers have been ejected to make way for the troops, who are employed as “ land workers. Military exercises are carried out openly, the junkers making no secret that the guards will be«of service for anti revolutionary purpose.
