AGREEMENT REACHED. [PEn PEESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] WELLINGTON, February 21. The Coal Conference has concluded its deliberations. Tile Prime Minister announces that 'a settlement has been reached. There Ts agreement on nil questions in dispute. The terms of the settlement are not available yet. DRAFT AGREEMENT POSTED. WELLINGTON. This Day. Tlie minutes of the Coal Conference was confirmed bv the delegates this morning. Copies of the draft agreement have been despatched to the various unions. All the answers are expected to be in tlie hands of the Secretary of the AH tiers Federation in about 8 or 9 days.
