The “Daily Chronicle’s” Black Sea correspondent states General Deniken entered into an agreement with the Cassacks in regard to establshing an elective legislature at lEkaterinoslav. Deniken also gives up the dictatorship. His enterprise is taking a new democratic form. In an impassioned speech, Deniken declared lie stood for a united indivisnble Russia —peasants and Cossacks sharing the land, but the Bolsbe. viks must be fought to a. finish. An all-Russian constituent assembly will later be constituted to define the form of Government. The agreement ensures continued military co-operation between Dcniken’s volunteers and the Cossacks.
