CLEANLINESS.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —1 think it is about time the Inspector of the Government roads gave instructions to have tho drains cleaned out in tho Rimu township. They have been a disgraco the last five or six years, and water holes in middle of tho road, afford a good placo for ducks to swim in. Now that tho influenza is, about we are trying to keep tho little township clean, and it is about time some one made a move in the matter. I am etc., W. A. COMPORT. Rimu, 10th Feb. 1920.
