The Polish representative in the Baltic States conference at Helsingfors, interviewed, said the Estlionians pacifist tendencies have not found an echo in other countries in that eonferference, which resoiutionetl in favor of a. co-ordination of policy among the Baltic States.

An official message from 'Korea states that- armed forces of Koreans, assisted b v Bolsheviks, invaded northern Korea and fought the Japanese. There were heavy casualties.
