RUSSIAN OPERATIONS. LONDON, February 6. Recent reports say_ the Bolsheviks met set backs in South Russia in attempts to force passages over the Don and Maniteh rivers, and were defeated at one place in the Caucasus. A French officer alleges Siberia is controlled by anti-Bolsheviks. PARIS, February 7. A Moscow wireless message states that Tiflis and Kutais are now in the Bolsheviks hands. LONDON, February 8. The Bolsheviks have entered Odessa.

A Czech corps which two years ago was a formidable force of fifty thousand, constituting the main pillar of the counter revolutionary army is now Tecfuicted to miserable disorganised bands. Ten thousand are dead.
