'By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) HIS NAVAL STAFFLONDON, Feb. 3. The - Prince of Wales’s naval staff will consist of rear-Admiral Halsey, Capt. Dudley North (formerly commander of the Australia) Flag-Lieut. Lord Louis Mountbatten. Other members of the staff are not yet appointed but they will probably include Colo, nel E. W. M. Gregg. Only minor changes are being made in the Renown’s personnel. The Lieutenants will including Billyard, and Leake.

The Prince of Wales during his visit to Eton alluded, amid cheers to his anticipated visit to 'Australasia. He paid a warm tribute to the war services of old Etonians especially to thousands of junior officers. He ‘dso declared his special pride in the var record of the public schools generally.
