Their small coal reserves are rapidly diminishing, and it was found that the cut was necessarv immediately. Later it was decic - ed to reduce the services to-morrow. The reduction involves the cutting out of the services on the hills, thus creating. gaps in every service. One third of the staff on the tramway will be temporarily suspended. One third of the men are standing down each week.
