(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. COPVBrfllTr TERRITORIAL CAMPS. WELLINGTON, Jan. 29. It is announced that the territorial camps which in the ordinary course of events, are held during March, April and May, will not be held this year, but they will be revived in 1921. when a new and full course of “peace” training will be resumed. As the holding of territorial camps was also dispensed with wtli last year, this will be the second year in succession in which they have not been held since the scheme started. The position this year lias been wholly brought about by n shortage of instructional material and equipment erf all kinds, and an insufficient, supply of available officers and N.C.O.’s for training purposes. Under the circumstances, it has been decided to coneentrte this year upon training of officers and N.C.O’s of the permanent territorial and cadet forces.
