IRISH BISHOP’S APPEAL. (By Electric Telegraph—Co might.) LONDON, Jan. 28. The Rdinan Catholic Bishop of Ire. •lmid have issued a statement deploring the dangerous conditions existing in the country through oppression, and the ill advised curtailment of natural liberties. The Bishops declare the one true way of establishing friendly relations between England and Ireland is to allow her to choose lier own form of Government. The Bishops ask the people to combine, and abstain from deeds of bloodshed, and tq prevent grime.
