(Ry Electric Telegraph—Co be right.) A SHOCKING ASSAULT. . LONDON, Jan. 27. Masked men entered the house of Timothy Mangin near Killorglin, County Kerry, beat him mercilessly and cut off his ears. When his wife tried to save her husband, one of the assailants cut oft' part of the wife’s hand. No arrests have been made.
