Albert Stanley, now Lord Ashfield, states that within a decade, the transport facilities of Greater London will annually have to deal with six thousand million passengers. Many move underground must be built, also vast underground roads devoted exclusively to fast motor cars. A central transport 'authority should be established, including men of courage and vision, ivho will dJevote their lives to the % solution of the problem.
