POLLARD S PICTURES.
At the Princess l Theatre on Monday next Pollards present Constance Talmadgein “Romance and Arabella,” Tim naughty dainty Constance Talmadge in the “Select”. Pictures charming comedy “Romance and Arabella.” A succession of lovers run after the young and charming widow. That the lovers have good taste will be understood when it is mentioned that the widow is Constance Talmadge. The atmosphere changes with each successive suitor, and the widow’s search for romance is coloured with rainbow hues of the diverse characters of the applicants for the attractive billet of ‘second husband.’ The picture abounds with smart, pithy subtitles and the comedy situations are many and varied. The sources of humor are unusual and the types selected are guaranteed to provide mirth by their natural characters. Of course Constance is! as charming as ever only more so.
