PENALTIES ON AGITATORS. WASHINGTON, Jan. 10. The Senate has passed a Bill enforcing a law for five year’s imprisonment and 50,000 dollar fines for “writing, uttering, mailing or distributing any material calculated as advocating the overthrow of the present form of Government by violence or through, assassination or sabotage.”
