The New York “Times" Mexico City correspondent says that aji area of ninety thousand miles in the State of Vf>ru Cruz lias been ruined by the earthquakes cabled op January ofh. Rivers have disappeared, grazing land*} have been ruined, herds destroyed, aqd villages wiped out. Thousands of persons are injured and homeless. Dis= ease and epidemics are feared, owing to contaminated watercourses. The total killed are now estimated at three thousand.
