A breakdown gang is clearing the rails. The brnkevan naryowly missed the signal station as it crashed over on its side, after stiiking the signal post heavily. ARBITRATION COURT. CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The Arbitration Court judgment in connection with the application of a number of unions for payment of overtime or bonus has been filed in the Supremo Court. The application was refused by President Stringer, who stated tho Court fixed the basis of wage, the bonus being independent to help to moot the increased cost of living.
