POLLARD'S PICTURES. PRINCESS THEATRE TO-NIGHT. “The Lure of the Bush” to-night at the Princess Theatre will be the leading atraction for the hundreds of pleasure seekers. If you’ve never been out in the bush, come now. If you do know the glory of the bush, and may-be the hardships too, we won’t have to ask you to come to this picture. The lure of it will get into your blood, every old mem6ry will crowd your brain—it will take you right back home. “The Lure of the OBush,” the crack of the stockman’s whip, the joyous cackle of tlie laughing jackass; the thump, thump of •the kangaroo hopping through tli,c scrub; the yells of the boundary riders, brumby and horse-breaker tussle for supremacy in the stockyard; and yet again the musical laugh of a girl who is glad to ho alive and astride the fresh young liorsie that takes fences in a bound. Thats tlie bush—and you feel the lure of it the moment this picture starts. Don’t miss Snowy Baker in this picture, he broke the wildest brumby, beat the biggest man in tlie shearing shed by the K.O route, fairly staggered them with his prowess in the saddle, and also stole their girl.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30th. “THE WHIP.” On Tuesday evening the last race night a screening -will be given of the famous London success “The Whip’ , Sporting pictures may come and go, but up to the present “The Whip” has held its place as one of the best sporting pictures ever screened. Mr Herbert Woods will be the vocalist for the evening. WEDNESDAY MATINEE. On Wednesday afternoon look for the pantomime “Jack and the Beanstalk.” WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31st. “THE APPEARANCE OF EVIL.” On Wednesday evening (as the theatre has been released on Thursday evening to the Caledonians) Pollard’s will screen the usual Thursday programme, “The Appearance of Evil,” and “Flashes on the Dark”, the 12th. Episode of the “House of Hate”.
