McLEAN’S PICTURES.
OPERA HOUSE, TO-NIGHT. To-night Mr McLean presents at the Opera House the star attraction “For Ireland’s Sake.” It is a big dramatic sensation on the burning topic of Home Rule for Ireland, which has been the cause of consternation in the minds of English-speaking statesmen for years. The entire production was produced in County Kerry, and the beautiful lakes of Killarney district, the Gap of Dunloe, the Black Valley, Muckross Abbey, Sweet Innisfalle, and the lakes are shown among the many beauty spots famed in song and story. ' The second star presents the great screen favorite Harold Lockwood in “Lend me your Name.” It shows many interesting features, and one scene in particular is of great intensity, where the Earl and his double are concerned, the question being who was the burglar. There are charming nature 'dances on the lawn ,and with changed names the artists have most astonishing adventures. Patrons will find great delight in this splendid picture.
