LONDON, December 19. •Thte lAustralijan Press- Association learns that the Bolsheviks have inserted three secret clauses in their peace Terms with the Baltic States: —firstly that these States relations must cease with all states that are at war with •the Soviet these including the Entente and Finland; secondly, the expulsion of all foreign warships from ti.e northern Baltic; apd thirdly, the opening of the Baltic ports to Bolsheviks with Reval as a free port. The German evacuation of the Baltic is now completed. Although there is no authoritative information, it is believed the Bolsheviks have occupied Kies in south-west RusV sisThe Bolshevik advance continues uninterruptedly in east Russia. , The Bolsheviljs are stated to be confronted with some internal difficulties 16,000 workmen and peasants having rebelled at Bryansk. The Bolsheviks continue their successes in East Russia. Thiey have occupied Ivovonikolaiev, four hundred miles east of Moik.
