At a meeting of the Municipal Rand held yesterday afternoon, final arrangements were made re the carolling. The Band will be divided into two, and will work practically every street in the town. Collectors will wait on the public for their ’Xmas donations. It was decided that the citizens be asked not to make any preparations for entertaining the members.
